About Neil
Built in Maryland. Growing in Florida.
I started my career in Maryland and spent the next 23 years building a reputation on one thing: getting the hard files to the closing table. Self-employed income, unusual properties, tight deadlines. The loans that need someone to actually read the file.
Then I expanded into Florida, where condo buildings, new construction and buyers from overseas call for the same kind of attention. Today I lead The Bourdelaise Team from offices in Delray Beach, Florida and Severna Park, Maryland.
